Reporting to the  Engineering Manager you will manage new contracts from the agreed job specification requirements through the design stages to the point of issuing design drawings, bill of materials and detailed drawings where required. Once the project reaches the production stage you will support the manufacturing departments to ensure a smooth and effective completion of the build. For new product design and ongoing product improvement you will be contributing towards the design activities as part of cross functional design teams in order to continually upgrade and improve the range of standard product designs.

Night shift £30,188 - £34,763 per annum (standard 42.5 hours), OTE £35,516 - £40,898 for 50 hour week

Reporting to the management team you will be working in either our specialist bodybuilding team or on a production line. You will be responsible for assisting in producing a finished trailer or vehicle body to a high level of quality. You will be working with various materials including hardwoods, fibreglass, steel and aluminium. A high level of skill is required to perform various tasks including assembly of parts, drilling, cutting, riveting, welding and grinding. The company requires all employees to adopt a flexible approach to work and you will be required from time to time to perform other duties. We will ensure that you will be adequately trained to carry out these tasks.


Day shift £27,861 per annum (standard 42.5 hours, OTE £32,786 for 50 hour week
Night shift £32,509 per annum (standard 42.5 hours), OTE £38,246 for 50 hour week

Reporting to the management team you will responsible for welding assemblies to a high level of quality. You will be able to read and understand technical drawings and specification sheets and be able to identify weld symbols. You will be responsible for carrying out precision measurements and accurately marking out. You must be able to select the correct materials and be skilled in cutting materials by burning, disc cutting or by machine. The company requires all employees to adopt a flexible approach to work and you will be required from time to time to perform other duties. We will ensure that you will be adequately trained to carry out these tasks.

Reporting to the management team you will be responsible for producing complete electrical installations on trailers and vehicle bodies. You will be responsible for wiring up electrical systems and carrying out diagnostic checks, troubleshooting and rectify any faults. The company requires all employees to adopt a flexible approach to work and you will be required from time to time to perform other duties. We will ensure that you will be adequately trained to carry out these tasks.

Reporting to the Management team you will be responsible for ensuring all commercial vehicles are prepped and sprayed ensuring the highest standard of finish. You will be painting both completed trailer bodywork plus fabricated chassis prior to bodywork and smaller piece part assemblies. You must have previous experience of working with single and two pack paints, working to material manufacturer guidelines and be capable of producing high quality work. The company requires all employees to adopt a flexible approach to work and you will be required from time to time to perform other duties. We will ensure that you will be adequately trained to carry out these tasks.


£22,100 per annum (standard 42.5 hours), OTE £26,000 for 50 hour week

Reporting to the Factory Management/ Supervisor team you will be responsible for unloading/loading deliveries to the correct locations in the factory in a safe and efficient manner. You will be required to move materials to staging areas in the correct locations. You will also be loading/unloading our pallet racking and ensuring all documentation is recorded accurately. The company requires all employees to adopt a flexible approach to work and you will be required from time to time to perform other duties. Reporting to the Management Team you will be working on a production line and be responsible for assisting in producing a finished trailer or vehicle body to a high level of quality. You will have a willingness to learn new skillsets. Typical tasks include handling of metal section into the jigs and fixtures, assisting the welders in cleaning spatter, learning to do basic welding, learning to use air grinders and cutting tools as in the photographs below. You will be working with various materials including steel and aluminium.The company requires all employees to adopt a flexible approach to work and you will be required from time to time to perform other duties. We will ensure that you will be adequately trained to carry out these tasks.

Reporting to the management team you will be working on a production line and be responsible for assisting in producing a finished trailer or vehicle body to a high level of quality. You will have a willingness to learn new skillsets. Typical tasks include fitting floors, fitting trailer sides, making roofs, fitting fronts/decals to trailers as in the photographs below. You will be working with various materials including hardwoods, fibreglass, steel and aluminium. The company requires all employees to adopt a flexible approach to work and you will be required from time to time to perform other duties. We will ensure that you will be adequately trained to carry out these tasks.


Day shift £18,564 - £23,227 (standard 42.5 hours), OTE £21,840 - £27,326 for 50 hour week

Reporting to the Management Team you will be working on a production line and be responsible for assisting in producing a finished trailer or vehicle body to a high level of quality. You will have a willingness to learn new skillsets. Typical tasks include bolting in chassis parts, fitting wheels, fitting legs, fitting axles as in the photographs below. You will be working with various materials including hardwoods, fibreglass, steel and aluminium. The company requires all employees to adopt a flexible approach to work and you will be required from time to time to perform other duties. We will ensure that you will be adequately trained to carry out these tasks.

You will be working within the Design team and will have the opportunity to develop your skills further in a mentoring environment. Day shift £18,564 - £20,906 (standard 42.5 hours), OTE £21,840 - £24,596 for 50 hour week

Reporting to the Materials Manager, as Material Handler your key responsibilities will be to assist with the set up of the production lines and support the flow of materials throughout the factory. Your role will include kit making, and the delivery of parts to the production lines. You will be responsible for monitoring stock levels and replenishing Kanban storage areas in line with our MRP system. In addition, you will maintain good housekeeping in the material storage areas and ensure records are kept of all stock movements.

Reporting to the PDI Team Supervisor, working in a team environment your day to day role will include the following:


Working in partnership with Warrington & Vale Royal College (Hartford Campus) we have developed a two year programme leading to a Level 2 Apprenticeship in Engineering Manufacturing. Tiger apprentices learn and experience all the major manufacturing stages in the production process. Working with a skilled mentor they spend 4 months in each department (including fabrication, chassis build, assembly, air and electrical systems through to trailer completion). They are supported throughout the programme with regular reviews and assessments at each key stage.
