You will be responsible for managing new contracts from the agreed job description requirements, through the design stages to the point of issuing design drawings. Once the project reaches the production stage, you will support the manufacturing departments to ensure a smooth and effective completion of the build. For new product design and ongoing product improvement, you will be contributing towards the design activities as part of cross functional design teams in order to continually upgrade and improve the range of standard product designs.


Reporting to the Operations Director, your day-to-day responsibilities will revolve be managing the maintenance and planning of our customer fleet and our own rental fleet. You will be responsible for minimising breakdown response times by utilising all available resources to deliver scheduled maintenance in line with the fixed maintenance plan. Reducing cost wherever possible by using low-cost proficient maintenance providers is key to the role.


A fantastic temporary opportunity, with the potential of a permanent contract, has arisen at Tiger Trailers for enthusiastic and ambitious operatives to join our thriving trailer and commercial vehicle body manufacturing company based in Cheshire. Full training will be provided.

Reporting to the Management Team, you will be working in either our specialist bodybuilding team or on a production line and be responsible for assisting in producing a finished trailer or vehicle body to a high level of quality. You will have a willingness to learn new skillsets with typical tasks including fitting floors, fitting trailer sides, making roofs. You will be working with various materials including hardwoods, fibreglass, steel and aluminium.


Reporting to the management team you will responsible for welding assemblies to a high level of quality. You will be able to read and understand technical drawings and specification sheets and be able to identify weld symbols. You will be responsible for carrying out precision measurements and accurately marking out. You must be able to select the correct materials and be skilled in cutting materials by burning, disc cutting or by machine. 


Reporting to the Management Team you will be working in either our specialist bodybuilding team or on a production line. You will be responsible for assisting in producing a finished trailer or vehicle body to a high level of quality. You will be working with various materials including hardwoods, fibreglass, steel and aluminium. A high level of skill is required to perform various tasks including assembly of parts, drilling, cutting, riveting, welding and grinding. 


Reporting to the factory management team, you will play a key role in fitting axles, hydraulics and mechanical components to the trailers manufactured on our production line.


A fantastic opportunity for enthusiastic and ambitious paint technicians to join our thriving commercial vehicle and trailer manufacturing company based in Cheshire.


Reporting to the Management Team you will be responsible for producing complete electrical installations on trailers and vehicle bodies. You will be responsible for wiring up electrical systems and carrying out diagnostic checks, troubleshooting and rectify any faults. 


Reporting to the Logistics Supervisor your key responsibilities will be to assist with the setup of the production lines and support the flow of materials throughout the factory. You will be required to move materials to staging areas in the correct locations. You will also be loading/unloading our pallet racking and ensuring all documentation is recorded accurately. The company requires all employees to adopt a flexible approach to work and you will be required from time to time to perform other duties. We will ensure that you will be adequately trained to carry out these tasks.
